Who is the eduID.it service for?

The eduID.it service is aimed at students of higher artistic education institutes not registered in the IDEM Federation.

How do I activate the eduID.it service for my institution?

To activate the eduID.it service for the use of Erasmus+ services, contact INDIRE at eduid@indire.it or visit the instruction page by the Erasmus Agency.

Admin Instructions

Create new accounts

Creating new student accounts can be done in two ways:

1. Via FORM:
Move to page Students and from the menu Actions select: 'Add a new Student'
• You will be asked to fill in the fields: First Name, Last Name, E-mail and Tax Code.
• It will also be necessary to check the boxes of projects in which the new student is part.
• Following the successful creation of the student, an email will be sent to the address provided to activate the account.


2. Via CSV upload:
Move to page Students and from the menu Actions select: 'Upload students from CSV'
• It will be sufficient to select the .csv file to be used and wait for students to upload.
• At the end of the procedure it will be possible to download a file containing the outcome of the upload.
Please Note:
• The creation of users produces the sending of an e-mail to the entered users to activate their new accounts.

Account Management

To manage a student's account at your institution, move to page Students and click on Details
